missingWrote a review on 18 Octfriendly stafffull kitchenextra chargelack of garbageinsufficient service
The stay offered a comfortable room equipped with a full-size refrigerator and a two-burner stove, which added a nice touch for longer visits. The staff was approachable and treated guests like family, enhancing the overall experience. However, the towels incurred an extra charge for replacement, which was unexpected, and housekeeping services could use improvement. There was a lack of garbage collection, leaving guests with the responsibility of taking out their own trash.

The staff here they really went the extra mile for us on our visit my wife and I were pleasantly surprised by how friendly the front desk was and how they kept everything running smoothly we felt welcomed every step of the way and the room was surprisingly clean and well kept which is not something you come by these days
It definitely wasn't inexpensive but for what we got it was still acceptable

Decent Stay with Room for Improvement
My one-night stay featured a surprisingly cozy atmosphere. The staff was welcoming despite minor hiccups. I appreciated the well-maintained environment but found the furniture outdated. Tip, Enjoy the nearby dining options. they offer a great variety to explore while staying here.

great amenities but higher costs for laundry
The accommodations were very comfortable, especially the double room provided ample space for our family. I appreciated the convenience of having a washer and dryer on-site, although it came with an additional cost.
The pricing structure felt slightly inflated when considering the extra fees for laundry.

Our stay at the hotel was fantastic! We took the kids to Keeneland Race Course, which was a blast! The staff was incredibly helpful with any requests we had, especially handling our large family needs. The location was perfect for a day out.
In my wife’s opinion, the hotel could improve on noise insulation for families. Sleeping with children was challenging due to the noise in the halls. A little more sound dampening would make it much better for restful nights.

The stay was generally okay, especially since the location was convenient with several attractions nearby, making it easy to explore the area. I appreciated the friendly check-in experience, which added a personal touch to the visit. However, there were issues with the door locks and room amenities that made me feel a bit uneasy during my time there. It could really benefit from a more welcoming approach for longer stays, especially for families.

Friendly staff made it bearable
Had to stay for a night due to bad weather. The room was pretty rough—musty smell and filthy carpets. The bed was all lopsided, and the kitchenette was falling apart. Thankfully, the bathroom was clean, and the staff were nice. I really appreciated their friendliness after a long day, but I wouldn’t recommend it until they fix things up.
